- Please prepare the scan or photocopy (in color) the passport and residential address proof of all the required Shareholders / Directors. As part of the compliance procedures, we are required to submit the duly certified** copy of the passport and residential address proof (can be utilities bills of not more than 3 months old) to the respective registered agent / authorities. You can be assured that the passport and residential proof will only be used sole, and exclusively for the setup of the intended company of your choice, and only restricted parties would have access to the documents. In the case of offshore companies, for example, BVI, Seychelles, Cayman Island, Samoa or Brunei etc. the details of directors / shareholders are not accessible through any public records. They are used for the purpose of records keeping as required under the laws of relevant jurisdictions.
- Once we verified all of the documents and questionnaires that they are in order, we will issue an invoice to you, so that you can remit the amount needed for the incorporation to our bank account.
Note : Please retain the remittance slip, and e-mail / fax to us so that we can confirm on the receipt of the remittance - Depending on the types of jurisdictions, the incorporation process would either be activated within the same day, or maximum 7 days (we will confirm to you before you making the order)
