We are able to help you to incorporate company of various jurisdictions with a name in either English or Chinese (Mandarin) or English and Chinese (Mandarin) (where applicable) of your choice. The time needed to incorporate a company will depend on the jurisdiction, which ranges from one day to seven days. For example, a Hong Kong company can be incorporated in less than a day with our firm being the promoter and founder, and subsequent transfer the shareholding / directorship to you on completion. (which is a common practice in Hong Kong). Or it can be formed within 7 days if you wish to be the founder / promoter. The legality and ownership of both methods remain the same upon completion of the transfer process.
